ABOUT
PORTFOLIO
I grew up in a rural town in Pennsylvania, which instilled in me a desire to experience life in the big city. I accomplished my first dream by moving to San Francisco where I first attended college. I later moved to Tucson, Arizona and completed my degree in Interior Architecture & Design. My move to the Southwest was a big step, but one I am so grateful to have made. There is an unexpected inspiration living in the desert!
During these moves across the country, as well as my love for travel, I have experienced many different cultures and lifestyles, which have had a great influence on my design style. I have a passion for design and creating environments that function and inspire the people within them is ultimately the most important to me.

I am a fast paced and very hard worker who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. I strongly believe that every work place needs to be enjoyable and inspiring, so I will bring a sense of humor with me. I accept any challenge with a positive attitude and do whatever it takes to overcome obstacles, and I use every challenge that I am faced with as a learning opportunity. I believe communication - whether it be verbal, visual or written - is one of the most important aspects of this profession.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design from The Southwest University of Visual Arts. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and had various projects chosen to be displayed as Gallery work. I took part as the student representative to the board for A.S.I.D and have completed an internship at CDG Architects in Tucson. I worked as a color consultant at Dunn Edwards throughout college where I learned a great deal about the coatings industry, as well as true customer service.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I'm currently the Project Manager & Administrative Assistant at DeWitt Designs where I began as a design assistant. I had the opportunity to learn and take on many responsibilities in such a small but successful firm. I do everything from field measuring to AutoCad drawing, 3D rendering, writing up custom furniture and surface orders to processing, and following up on them. I work closely with contractors to get estimates and complete installs. I also do administrative work and assist with sales, as well as collecting money for balance dues.
